Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Requirements

A deposit of $350 per guest is required within 48 hours of making a hotel booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, or 60 days prior during peak seasons.

Cancellation Policy — Summer Season (Easter to December 24)

• 14 or more days' notice: Refund issued minus a $100 administrative fee per room.
• Within 14 days of arrival: Full cancellation charge applies (100% of total stay).
• Date changes within 15 days: A $50 fee per room applies, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy — Christmas Week (December 25 – January 1)

• 60 or more days' notice: Refund issued minus a $100 administrative fee per room.
• Within 60 days of arrival: Full cancellation charge applies (100% of total stay).
• Date changes within 60 days: A $50 fee per room applies, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy — Winter Season (January 2 – Easter)

• 30 or more days' notice: Refund issued minus a $100 administrative fee per room.
• Within 30 days of arrival: Full cancellation charge applies (100% of total stay).
• Date changes within 30 days: A $50 fee per room applies, subject to availability.

Travel Delays & Cancellations

The Hotel and Elite Island Resorts shall not be liable for any refunds or compensation arising from travel delays, flight cancellations, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

Check-In Requirements

Upon check-in, all guests must present a valid passport and a major credit card bearing the same name as the reservation. A preauthorization of $350 will be completed at check-in.

Hotel Registration

Guests are required to sign the hotel registration form at check-in, accepting the governing local jurisdiction and applicable law. Refusal to sign will result in denial of access to the resort.

Limitation of Liability

All claims must be submitted in writing within six months of the incident. Any legal action arising from a stay must be filed within one year of the date of departure. Elite Island Resorts' liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
